Damiana is a woody shrub with small green leaves and aromatic, yellow flowers. It has a somewhat bitter flavor with an aroma similar to chamomile: slightly sweet, mildly earthy. It's native to the subtropical climates of southern Texas, Mexico, Central and South America, and the Caribbean.
Ingredients: Organic Damiana Leaf (Turnera diffusa). Also known by Damiane, oreganillo, Mexican holly.

Suggested Uses: Add to soups, cooking, smoothies, baths, etc. Infuse in water or olive oil. For hot or cold tea, pour 8-12 oz of boiling water over 1 tsp. of herbs. Steep 3-4 min.
